Project Rooted in Bitcoin. Constitutive Text #2: Ordinomics. We create things on bitcoin; ordinal, inscribed text, brc20 token, and anything that the future may hold in store. Call these digital artifacts. When we sell a digital artifact: 50% of the income will be used to fund new creations, such as by inscribing, obtaining rare sats, and commissioning new artists. Holding a digital artifact functions as an ongoing raffle ticket for anything that we create in the future. An appropriate share of newly created artifacts will be distributed to bitcoin addresses holding older artifacts (depending in part on the type of artifact). What you obtain now, may be a little seed growing into a diverse collection (shaped by contingency and time, as the best things in life find their shape). If we continue to sell, our funds increase, empowering us to build ever greater things, increasing the value of anything that you hold twice over: because your digital artifact increases in value and because your existing item is an ongoing raffle ticket to ever more valuable new creations. We do not focus on directly shilling our own work. We engage with and support projects that build on bitcoin, that we think are in line with our view of the transformation of bitcoin and hyperbitcoinization, under the banner of our creations. We aim for indirect publicity for Rooted in Bitcoin by giving direct publicity to projects that we think might prove valuable and bring the space forwards. We invite others to join in this outward looking and supportive approach to our movement.
