The Way of the Council
Membership:
・As if it weren't obvious enough, the council is all about blockchain technology and quality products. If you're not into that, you might as well keep scrolling.
・To join our exclusive club, you'll need to fill out an application that showcases your knowledge and experience in the blockchain space. We're looking for the real deal, so leave your fluff at the door.
・Once you're in, we expect you to pull your weight. That means showing up to meetings, events, and anything else we ask you to do. Don't just sit there and twiddle your thumbs – get involved
Responsibilities:
・Listen up, members! You're responsible for delivering top-notch products in a flash, maintaining a level of professionalism that even Meryl Streep would envy, and always putting the council first.
・We expect you to be on the ball and spot any issues before they become problems. And if you need a little help, don't be afraid to ask for it. We're here for you, buddy.
・Talk the talk, walk the walk! You better be communicating like a pro with all members and stakeholders. And remember, honesty is the best policy. Unless you're a spy. In that case, keep your trap shut.
Decision making:
・We make decisions like a bunch of civilized folks with all members having an equal say in the decision-making process. No tyranny of the majority here!
・For big, important decisions like choosing new projects or partnerships, we require a supermajority vote. That's right, we're serious about commitment and excellence.
・And if we can't agree on something, we're not afraid to sleep on it. That's why in the event of a tie, the decision will be deferred until the next meeting. We'll come back stronger, better, and more decisive than ever before!
Communication:
・Members are expected to communicate in a way that would make Shakespeare blush, and with a level of professionalism that would make Elon Musk want to hire us all.
・Members are expected to communicate faster than a cheetah chasing its prey, and to update each other more frequently than Twitter's trending page.
Transparency:
・Any conflicts of interest or potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed, because we have no time for sneaky behavior. Ain't nobody got time for that.
Ethics:
・Members are expected to act with integrity and with high ethical standards.
・Members are expected to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, because we all know that secrets are more valuable than Satoshis.
Term limits:
・If a member wishes to resign they are allowed to transfer their membership to a newly voted member. This transfer is irreversible so make your decision wisely. We suggest making it a community announcement with a handwritten letter on a scented paper, preferably with a seal and some wax. Just for the drama.
Code of conduct:
・Members are expected to abide by the council's code of conduct, which is not just a set of rules, it's a lifestyle. It includes guidelines on professionalism, respectful behavior, and ethical standards. But let's be honest, you're already a rockstar, so these guidelines are more like a reminder.
・Any violations of the code of conduct will be addressed promptly and fairly by the council's leadership. A vote will be held between the council members related specifically to that matter. But let's hope it never comes to that. We have more important things to do, like changing the world with our NFTs.
Expertise:
・Members are expected to maintain a high level of expertise in their respective fields, and to continuously improve their knowledge and skills. But let's be real, you're already a genius, that's why you're here.
・Members are expected to share their expertise and knowledge with the rest of the community, and to help mentor and develop other members. Because we're not just about building great products, we're about building great people.
Accountability:
・Members are accountable for their actions and decisions, just like how we are accountable for creating the best damn Ordinal NFT projects in the universe. We take our commitment to quality seriously, and we expect our members to do the same.
・We're not afraid to call out members on their BS. If you mess up, we'll be there to hold you accountable and help you get back on track. That's just how we roll.
Removal of Members:
・Let's face it, we don't have time for drama. If a member is causing trouble and acting like a total buzzkill, we'll give them the boot faster than you can say "blockchain".
・We take allegations of misconduct seriously, but don't worry, we won't be conducting a boring-ass investigation. We'll gather the facts, kick some ass, and make a decision that's best for the community.If a member gets the boot, we'll let them know in no uncertain terms that they screwed up big time.
